The following is the procedure to follow when wanting to purchase product/s from our website. We have used a small Coarse Rotary RF 8 as the example product.

1. Click on Rotary Files -Small
2. Now, there are two ways of proceeding.
   1. Click on RF-8 picture and it takes you to the Detailed Product Sheet, or
   2. Click on the "Trolley" underneath the picture.  You are then asked to choose the GRIT TYPE. Click "OK" and this takes you to the Detailed Product Sheet.
3. Where the product is available in more than 1 Grit, the "GRIT TYPE" defaults to Coarse.  If you want to change the GRIT TYPE to Fine, click on the Arrow and choose Fine. 
4. If the product is only available in 1 Grit, then you can click on the trolley and the product will automatically be added to your basket. 
5. The "Quantity" defaults to 1, if you want more than one, change the Quantity.
6. You can then click on the "Trolley" which will add the product/s to your basket.
7. You can then Click on the "Checkout" if you want to proceed to paying, or you can proceed on to any other product and purchase it by following the same steps.
8. You can at any stage Click on "Edit Items" and change the qty off product or remove it from your basket or Click on "Checkout" to proceed for paying
9. Step 1 -Existing customer, fill in your details. New customers, please register your details.
10. Step 2 -Fill in your shipping address (For New Zealand customers, enter NA in the "State / County / Province" block as well as the the "ZIP / Postal Code" block. Also, don't forget to change the Country).
    • Click the box, if your Shipping and Billing address is the same.
11. Step 3 -Select your Shipping Method or Pick Up (New Zealand defaults to Australia Air Post) and select your Payment Method.
12. Your are now into the Secure Payment section of our site. If you do not have a PayPal account, Click  on the "Secure Checkout" button in the middle of the screen. Note: it is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to pay by Credit Card. If you do have a PayPal account then proceed as instructions on the right.
13. Fill in your Credit Card details, check your billing address and then type in the "Security Characters" as shown in the box and proceed.
